Dental implants can be viewed as a sample of invention or innovation that is intended to improve or to replace the previous or existing technology in dentistry. In essence, consider the time when the evolution of wheel occurred. The first wheel we saw was wooden and when band of iron is placed to them, they can last longer. Then there is someone who discovered creating wheels with the use of rubber to improve it. This shows that technology keeps improving and there is always a space for innovation to improve the way we live.

We know that we are using dentures or false teeth for many years as a way to replace missing teeth. As time passes, innovations to the dentistry occurred and there are now alternative to dentures that are better and can also improve smiles and functions of the teeth. Dentures are however known to be the famous tooth replacement method today. But technology improves and there are now solutions that can replace teeth in a comfortable way. Think about it as the way the wheels evolved.

Dental Implants are different as compared to the traditional way of replacing teeth since they are not just capable of replacing the missing teeth to the person, they can also function similar to the natural teeth.
